Text
(A)Whoever violates section4933.16of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
(B)Whoever violates section4933.20,4933.22,4933.24, or4933.25of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
(C)Whoever violates section4933.21or4933.23of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(D)Whoever violates division (E) of section4933.28of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Each day of a violation of that division constitutes a separate offense.
