Any electric supplier that renders electric service in violation of sections4933.81to4933.90of the Revised Code is subject to remedies and penalties provided by sections4905.54,4905.56,4905.57,4905.59,4905.60, and4905.61and division (B) of section4905.99of the Revised Code.
