Text
Section4933.41of the Revised Code promotes the public policy of the state to do the following:
(A)Increase utilization of the state's indigenous energy resources as provided in section1551.18of the Revised Code.
(B)Promote the availability of natural gas services and goods as provided in section4929.02of the Revised Code.
(C)Encourage the utilization of propane.
