(A)Whoever violates division (B) of section4931.06of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor in the first degree.
(B)Whoever violates section4931.10of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense and a misdemeanor of the first degree on each subsequent offense.
