(A)Nothing in sections4929.20to4929.29of the Revised Code affects any arrangement or other contract to supply or arrange for the supply of commodity sales service or ancillary service to a consumer in this state, which arrangement or contract was entered into prior to the effective date of initial rules adopted pursuant to division (A) of section4929.20of the Revised Code, and was authorized as a result of a rule or order adopted or issued by the public utilities commission under Chapter 4905. of the Revised Code; and nothing in sections4929.20to4929.29of the Revised Code affects any rights or duties of any person under such an arrangement or contract for the term of the arrangement or contract.
(B)Nothing in sections4929.20to4929.29of the Revised Code applies to a community aggregation
