Text

(A)As used in sections4929.052to4929.058of the Revised Code, "large load customer" means a customer that a natural gas company projected or anticipated to consume, or actually consumed, in a prior, current, or future twelve-month period, more than one million two hundred thousand Mcf of natural gas.
(B)A natural gas company that has applied for, or was already approved for, an infrastructure development rider pursuant to section4929.161of the Revised Code may file an application to the public utilities commission for an alternative rate plan to serve large load customers.
(C)An alternative rate plan established under division (B) of this section must support commercial agreements entered into between the natural gas company and a large load customer. Last updated January 20, 2026 at
