Text

Any governmental aggregator as defined in division (K)(1) or (2) of section4929.01of the Revised Code or retail natural gas supplier shall act in good faith with a natural gas company to resolve any issues regarding an aggregation prior to the date of commencement of service to the aggregated load. In the event agreement cannot be reached, either party may petition the public utilities commission to resolve the issues.
