(A)A retail natural gas supplier or governmental aggregator subject to certification under section4929.20of the Revised Code shall provide the public utilities commission with such information, regarding a competitive retail natural gas service for which it is subject to certification, as the commission considers necessary to carry out sections4929.20to4929.24of the Revised Code. The commission shall take such measures as it considers necessary to protect the confidentiality of any such information.

(B)The commission shall require each retail natural gas supplier or governmental aggregator subject to certification under section4929.20of the Revised Code to file an annual report of such receipts and sales from the provision of those competitive retail natural gas services for which it is

(A) A retail natural gas supplier or governmental aggregator subject to certification under section4929.20of the Revised Code shall provide the public utilities commission with such information, regarding a competitive retail natural gas service for which it is subject to certification, as the commission considers necessary to carry out sections4929.20to4929.24of the Revised Code. (B) The commission shall require each retail natural gas supplier or governmental aggregator subject to certification under section4929.20of the Revised Code to file an annual report of such receipts and sales from the provision of those competitive retail natural gas services for which it is subject to certification. For the purpose of the reports, sales of hundred cubic feet of natural gas are deemed to occur at the meter of the retail customer.
