(A)As used in this section, "biologically derived methane gas" has the same meaning as in section5713.30of the Revised Code.
(B)(1) The following property, equipment, or facilities installed or constructed by a natural gas company may be treated as instrumentalities and facilities for distribution service if the public utilities commission determines that treatment is just and reasonable:
(a)Any property, equipment, or facilities to enable interconnection with or receipt from any property, equipment, or facilities used to generate, collect, gather, or transport biologically derived methane gas, or to enable the blending or supply of biologically derived methane gas to consumers within this state;
