Text
Sections1345.01to1345.13of the Revised Code shall apply to transactions between a natural gas company and its customers that involve natural gas services or goods that are exempt from or otherwise not subject to the jurisdiction of the public utilities commission pursuant to section4929.03to4929.05of the Revised Code.
