Text

A natural gas company granted an exemption or alternative rate regulation under section4929.04or4929.05of the Revised Code is a public utility for the purpose of exercising the rights of a public utility in support of its regulated services and goods. Nothing in this chapter affects the right of appropriation of a natural gas company under law in support of its regulated services and goods.
