Text

Notwithstanding any provision of Chapter 4928. of the Revised Code and except as otherwise provided in an agreement filed with and approved by the public utilities commission under section4905.31of the Revised Code, an electric distribution utility shall not charge any person that is a customer of a municipal electric utility that is in existence on or before January 1, 2008, any surcharge, service termination charge, exit fee, or transition charge.
