Text
To the maximum extent practicable on or after the starting date of competitive retail electric service, an electric utility, electric services company, electric cooperative, or governmental aggregator subject to certification under section4928.08of the Revised Code shall separately price competitive retail electric services, and the prices shall be itemized on the bill of a customer or otherwise disclosed to the customer. Although a competitive retail electric service shall be supplied to any consumer on such a basis, such an electric utility, electric services company, electric cooperative, or governmental aggregator may repackage the service on or after the starting date and offer it on a bundled basis with other retail electric services to meet consumer preferences.
