Text

(A)(1) As used in this section, "qualifying renewable energy resource" means a renewable energy resource, as defined in section4928.01of the Revised Code that:
(a)Has a placed-in-service date on or after January 1, 1998;
(b)Is any run-of-the-river hydroelectric facility that has an in-service date on or after January 1, 1980;
(c)Is a small hydroelectric facility;
(d)Is created on or after January 1, 1998, by the modification or retrofit of any facility placed in service prior to January 1, 1998; or
(e)Is a mercantile customer-sited renewable energy resource, whether new or existing, that the mercantile customer commits for integration into the electric distribution utility's demand-response, energy efficiency, or peak demand reduction programs as provided under division (A)(2)(c)
