Text
If any provision of sections4928.23to4928.2318of the Revised Code is held to be invalid or is superseded, replaced, repealed, or expires for any reason, that occurrence shall not affect any action allowed under those sections that is taken prior to that occurrence by the public utilities commission, an electric distribution utility, an assignee, a collection agent, a financing party, a bondholder, or a party to an ancillary agreement. Any such action shall remain in full force and effect.
