Text
(A)The law governing the validity, enforceability, attachment, perfection, priority, and exercise of remedies with respect to the transfer of phase-in-recovery property under a final financing order, or creation of a security interest in any such property, phase-in-recovery charges, or final financing order shall be the laws of this state as set forth in sections4928.23to4928.2318of the Revised Code.
(B)This section shall control in the event of a conflict between sections4928.23to4928.2317of the Revised Code and any other law regarding the attachment, assignment, or perfection, the effect of perfection, or priority of any security interest in or transfer of phase-in-recovery property under a final financing order.
