Text
(A)Whoever violates section4907.21of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than one hundred nor more than one thousand dollars.
(B)Whoever violates section4907.22of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than five hundred nor more than one thousand dollars.
(C)Whoever violates section4907.32of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than fifty nor more than five hundred dollars.
(D)Whoever violates section4907.35or4907.38of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than fifty nor more than one thousand dollars.
(E)Whoever violates section4907.45of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars, imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
(F)Whoever violates section4907.473of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
