As used in sections4907.01to4907.63of the Revised Code:
(A)"Public utility" has the same meaning as in section4905.02of the Revised Code.
(B)"Telephone company," "street railway company," and "interurban railroad company" have the same meanings as in section4905.03of the Revised Code.
(C)"Railroad" has the same meaning as in section4907.02of the Revised Code.
(D)"Public highway" has the same meaning as in section4921.01of the Revised Code.
