Text

No present or former voting ad hoc member of the power siting board shall disclose or use, without appropriate authorization, information acquired in the course of official duties that is confidential because of either of the following:

(A)Statutory law;
(B)Notice the ad hoc member received designating the information as confidential and both of the following apply:
(1)The status of the proceedings, or the circumstances under which the information was received, warrants its confidentiality;
(2)Preserving its confidentiality is necessary to the proper conduct of governmental activities. Last updated July 23, 2021 at 4:50 PM
