Text
(A)Whoever violates section4905.52of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than fifty nor more than five hundred dollars.
(B)Whoever violates section4905.56of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the fifth degree.
(C)Whoever violates section4905.74of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
