Text
A railroad company that violates section4905.10,4907.13, or4907.15of the Revised Code shall forfeit to the state one thousand dollars, and twenty-five dollars for each day the company fails to comply with a requirement of any such section. The forfeiture does not release the company from the assessment provided in section4905.10of the Revised Code.
