Text
No officer, agent, or employee in an official capacity of a public utility or railroad shall knowingly violate sections4905.01to4905.07, inclusive,4905.14to4905.19, inclusive,4905.22to4905.51, inclusive,4905.54to4905.57, inclusive, or4905.60to4905.63, inclusive, of the Revised Code, or willfully fail to comply with any lawful order or direction of the public utilities commission made with respect to any public utility or railroad. Each day's continuance of such failure is a separate offense.
