Text
Whoever violates section4778.02of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree on a first offense and felony of the fifth degree on each subsequent offense.
Whoever violates division (B)(1) or (2) of section4778.171of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree on a first offense and a misdemeanor of the first degree on each subsequent offense.
Whoever violates division (E) of section4778.18of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
