(A)As used in this section:
(1)"Licensing agency" means, in addition to each board identified in division (C) of section4776.01of the Revised Code, the board or other government entity authorized to issue a license under Chapters 3776., 4703., 4707., 4709., 4712., 4713., 4719., 4723., 4727., 4728., 4733., 4735., 4737., 4738., 4740., 4747., 4749., 4752., 4753., 4758., 4759., 4763., 4764., 4765., 4766., 4771., 4773., and 4781. of the Revised Code. "Licensing agency" includes an administrative officer that has authority to issue a license.
(2)"Licensee" means, in addition to a licensee as described in division (B) of section4776.01of the Revised Code, the person to whom a license is issued by the board or other government entity authorized to issue a license under Chapters 3776., 4703.,
