Text

The Ohio cemetery dispute resolution commission or the superintendent of the division of real estate in the department of commerce may compel, by order or subpoena, the production of any book, paper, or document in relation to any matter over which the commission or superintendent has jurisdiction and which is the subject of inquiry and investigation by the commission or superintendent. The commission or superintendent may also compel, by order or subpoena, the attendance of witnesses to testify in a hearing held under section4767.07of the Revised Code. For such purpose, the commission or superintendent shall have the same power as judges of county courts to administer oaths, compel the attendance of witness, and compel the production of any book, paper, or document.
