Text
(A)There is hereby created the Ohio home inspector board consisting of seven members. The governor shall appoint five members who are licensed home inspectors. The president of the senate and the speaker of the house of representatives each shall appoint one member who represents the public and has no financial interest in the home inspection industry. Not more than four members of the board shall be members of the same political party.
(B)The governor, president of the senate, and speaker of the house of representatives shall make the initial appointments to the board not later than ninety days after April 5, 2019. Of the initial appointments to the board, the governor shall appoint one member to a term ending one year after April 5, 2019, two members to a term ending three years after
