Text
Whoever violates section4751.10of the Revised Code may be fined not more than five hundred dollars for the first offense; for each subsequent offense such person may be fined not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned for not more than ninety days, or both.
The imposition of fines pursuant to this section does not preclude the imposition of any civil penalties or fines authorized by section4751.32or any other section of the Revised Code.
