Text

(A)Except as provided in section4751.201of the Revised Code, and subject to section4751.32of the Revised Code, the board of executives of long-term services and supports shall issue a nursing home administrator license to an individual under this section if all of the following requirements are satisfied:
(1)The individual has submitted to the board a completed application for the license in accordance with rules adopted under section4751.04of the Revised Code and paid an application fee of two hundred fifty dollars.
(2)If the individual is required by rules adopted under section4751.04of the Revised Code to serve as a nursing home administrator resident, the individual has paid to the board the application fee of two hundred fifty dollars.
(3)The individual is at least twenty-one y
