Text

(A)Training and education programs developed by the board of executives of long-term services and supports pursuant to section4751.38of the Revised Code may be conducted in person or through electronic media. The board may establish and charge a fee for the education and training programs.
(B)The board may enter into a contract with a government or private entity to perform the board's duties under section4751.38of the Revised Code to develop and conduct education and training programs. If the board enters into such a contract, the contract may authorize the entity to pay any or all costs associated with the education or training programs and to collect and keep, as all or part of the entity's compensation under the contract, any fee an applicant for education or training pays to enroll
