Text
On receipt of a notice pursuant to section3123.43of the Revised Code, the board of executives of long-term services and supports shall comply with sections3123.41to3123.50of the Revised Code and any applicable rules adopted under section3123.63of the Revised Code with respect to a license or temporary license issued pursuant to this chapter.
