(A)Except as provided in division (D) of this section, the board of executives of long-term services and supports may take any of the actions authorized by division (B) of this section against an individual who has applied for or holds a nursing home administrator license or health services executive license if any of the following apply to the individual:
(1)The individual has failed to satisfy any requirement established by this chapter or the rules adopted under section4751.04of the Revised Code that must be satisfied to obtain the license or temporary license.
(2)The individual has violated, or failed to comply with a requirement of, this chapter or a rule adopted under section4751.04of the Revised Code regarding the practice of nursing home administration, including the requireme
