Text
(A)The board of executives of long-term services and supports shall receive, investigate, and take appropriate action with respect to any complaint submitted to the board under section4751.30of the Revised Code and any other credible information the board possesses that indicates a person may have violated, or failed to comply with a requirement of, this chapter or a rule adopted under section4751.04of the Revised Code.
(B)In conducting an investigation under this section, the board may do any of the following:
(1)Question witnesses;
(2)Conduct interviews;
(3)Inspect and copy any books, accounts, papers, records, or other documents;
(4)Issue subpoenas;
(5)Compel the attendance of witnesses and the production of documents and testimony.
