Text

(A)The state speech and hearing professionals board shall annually elect from among its members a president and secretary. The board shall hold at least four regular meetings each year and may hold additional meetings as it considers necessary. At least one of the board's regular meetings shall be held in Franklin county. The board shall publish the time and place of any meetings at least thirty days before the date on which the meeting is to be held, except that in the case of an emergency or special meeting, the board shall give twenty-four-hours' notice or as much notice as possible. A majority of board members constitutes a quorum.
(B)The board shall do all of the following:
(1)Adopt a seal and certificate of suitable design;
(2)Maintain a record of its proceedings;
