Text
(A)Whoever violates section4741.18,4741.19,4741.22, or4741.23or division (A) of section4741.20or division (B) or (D) of section4741.21of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree; for each subsequent offense such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(B)Whoever violates division (B) of section4741.28of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than two thousand dollars.
