Text
(A)A person who has done both of the following may submit an application to the state veterinary medical licensing board for a provisional veterinary graduate license:
(1)Graduated from a veterinary college approved by the board;
(2)Applied for and is waiting to take a nationally recognized examination approved by the board for a license to practice veterinary medicine.
The application shall be on a form that the board prescribes and shall contain any information that the board requires together with a letter or letters of recommendation from a licensed veterinarian or veterinarians who will be directly supervising and responsible for the applicant as provided in division (C) of this section.
