(A)If the veterinarian student debt assistance fund created in section4741.56of the Revised Code contains sufficient money and the general assembly has appropriated funds for the veterinarian student debt assistance program, the state veterinary medical licensing board may approve a veterinarian for participation in the program if the board finds that the veterinarian is eligible for participation in the program. By the first day of June of each odd-numbered calendar year, the board shall compile a list of all veterinarians who applied in accordance with section4741.52of the Revised Code.
