The form and size of licenses issued under this chapter shall be prescribed by the Ohio real estate commission. Each broker's or foreign real estate dealer's license shall show the name and address of the licensee, and in the case of partnership, association, limited liability company, limited liability partnership, and corporation licenses, the name and address of each of the members or officers of the partnership, association, limited liability company, limited liability partnership, or corporation. A real estate salesperson's license or a foreign real estate salesperson's license shall show the name of the real estate broker or foreign real estate dealer with whom the salesperson is or is to be associated.
