(A)Registration expires on the last day of December 2011, and becomes invalid on that date unless renewed. For renewals after that date, registration expires biennially on the last day of December following initial registration or renewal of registration and becomes invalid on that date unless renewed. Renewal may be effected by the applicant's payment to the treasurer of state of a fee of forty dollars for a renewal of registration as either a professional engineer or professional surveyor and demonstration of completion of the continuing professional development requirements of section4733.151of the Revised Code.
