Text
The state board of registration for professional engineers and surveyors shall keep a record of its proceedings and a record of all applications for registration.
On an application provided by the board, applicants shall provide information under oath, including the applicant's education and experience sufficient for the board to evaluate the credentials of the applicant pursuant to section4733.11of the Revised Code.
The records of the board shall be prima-facie evidence of its proceedings and a transcript thereof, duly certified by the executive director under seal, shall be admissible in evidence as if the original were produced.
Annually, following the end of the fiscal year, the board shall submit to the governor a report of its activities of the preceding year, and shall
