Text
(A)Whoever violates division (J) of section4712.02, division (E) of section4712.04, division (D) or (E) of section4712.05, division (A) of section4712.06, section4712.07or4712.08, or division (A) of section4712.09of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the fifth degree.
(B)(1) Whoever violates section4712.071of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than one hundred nor more than five hundred dollars.
(2)The offense established under section4712.071of the Revised Code is a strict liability offense and section2901.20of the Revised Code does not apply. The designation of this offense as a strict liability offense shall not be construed to imply that any other offense for which there is no specified degree of culpability, whether in this section
