(A)A violation of division (J) of section4712.02, division (E) of section4712.04, division (D) or (E) of section4712.05, division (A) of section4712.06, section4712.07or4712.08, or division (A) of section4712.09of the Revised Code is deemed to be an unfair or deceptive act or practice in violation of section1345.02of the Revised Code.
