Text
All commission merchants, firms, companies, and corporations, doing business as provided in section4711.01of the Revised Code, shall keep a record of the gross amount of each sale, and all freight, express, and other charges against the goods which the consignee may reasonably incur, and the net proceeds of the sales; which record shall be open for inspection at any time upon request of any consignor or his authorized agent or attorney .
