Text
Actions brought under sections4583.01to4583.17, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall be in the name of the state and the court taking cognizance thereof shall keep a record of all fines and forfeitures recovered thereunder. Sheriffs, constables, and other officers shall pay all moneys within thirty days after receiving them into the county treasury.
