Bonds of a port authority and port authority revenue bonds issued pursuant to sections4582.22to4582.59of the Revised Code are lawful investments of banks, societies for savings, trust companies, savings and loan associations, deposit guaranty associations, trustees, fiduciaries, trustees or other officers having charge of the bond retirement funds or sinking funds of port authorities and political subdivisions, and taxing districts of this state, the commissioners of the sinking fund of this state, the administrator of workers' compensation, the state teachers retirement system, the school employees retirement system, the public employees retirement system, the Ohio police and fire pension fund, and insurance companies, including domestic life insurance companies and domestic insurance com
