Text

Nothing contained in sections4582.25to4582.59of the Revised Code shall:

(A)Impair the provisions of law or ordinance directing the payment of revenues derived from public property into sinking funds or dedicating those revenues to specific purposes;

(B)Impair the powers of any county, municipal corporation, or other political subdivision to develop or improve port and terminal facilities except as restricted by section4582.42of the Revised Code;

(C)Enlarge, alter, diminish, or affect in any way, any lease or conveyance made, or action taken prior to the creation of a port authority in accordance with section4582.22of the Revised Code by any municipal corporation under the provisions of sections721.04to721.11of the Revised Code, or by any county under the provisions of section307.65of

(D) Impair or interfere with the exercise of any permit for the removal of sand or gravel, or other similar permits issued by this state or the United States;

(E) Impair or contravene applicable federal regulations.
