Text
No municipal corporation or county, respectively, creating or participating in the creation of a port authority in accordance with section4582.02of the Revised Code shall during the time said port authority is in existence have the right to exercise the rights and powers as provided in sections721.04to721.11, inclusive, or section307.65of the Revised Code, respectively.
