Text
(A)No person shall transport trees or boughs described in section4551.01of the Revised Code in violation of sections4551.01to4551.03of the Revised Code.
(B)Whoever violates this section shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars, imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.
