Text
No permit premises shall remain in operation inconsistent with the results of a local option election after the thirty day period set forth in section4301.39of the Revised Code and no court other than in a recount or election contest shall suspend or hold in abeyance any restriction or cancellation brought about by a local option election pursuant to sections4301.32to4301.41, inclusive, and4305.14of the Revised Code.
