Text
(A)Whoever violates division (B) of section4169.02or division (D) of section4169.03of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars.
(B)Whoever violates division (E) of section4169.06of the Revised Code shall be fined fifty dollars for every day that the violation continues.
