Text
(A)The administrator of workers' compensation shall have the same powers and duties of administration, collection, maintenance, investment, and disbursement of the marine industry fund as are delegated and imposed upon him pursuant to Chapters 4121. and 4123. of the Revised Code, except that the powers and duties of the administrator shall be limited to, and exercised pursuant to those specifically authorized in sections4131.11to4131.16of the Revised Code.
(B)The administrator shall employ the employees necessary to the discharge of his duties and responsibilities under sections4131.11to4131.16of the Revised Code. The treasurer of state shall pay the salaries and expenses of those employees from the fund created by section4131.13of the Revised Code upon warrants authorized and signed a
